Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)

PAWS-PATAS will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on

Wednesday, 29th July 2026 at

Armony Beach Club,Vera Playa,Almería

Registration and first call for Members: 17:00All volunteers and supporters are very welcome to attend the meeting and ask questions. However, only paid-up Members for 2026 will be entitled to vote.

Executive Committee Vacancies:

• President
• Treasurer
• Vocal (Committee Member)

If you have plenty of time, skills, experience and enthusiasm to help the Executive Committee fulfil the charity’s Aims and Purpose, we encourage you to stand for election.

PAWS-PATAS currently has vacancies for the following Executive Committee positions:

Anyone wishing to stand should email secretary@paws-patas.org at least 24 hours before the meeting. Your email should include:

• A brief outline of the tasks and responsibilities you would be willing to undertake.
• A current curriculum vitae (CV).

This is in accordance with Article 17 of the PAWS-PATAS Statutes.

Please note that you must be a paid-up Member of PAWS-PATAS in order to be eligible for election to the Executive Committee.

PAWS-PATAS celebrará una Asamblea General Extraordinaria (AGE)

el miércoles 29 de julio de 2026 en

Armony Beach Club,Vera Playa,Almería.

Inscripción y primera convocatoria para los socios: 17:00 horas.

Todos los voluntarios y simpatizantes serán muy bienvenidos a asistir a la reunión y formular preguntas. No obstante, únicamente los socios que hayan abonado su cuota correspondiente a 2026 tendrán derecho a voto.

Vacantes en el Comité Ejecutivo:

Actualmente, PAWS-PATAS tiene vacantes para los siguientes cargos del Comité Ejecutivo:

• Presidente/a
• Tesorero/a
• Vocal

Si dispone de tiempo, experiencia, habilidades y entusiasmo para ayudar al Comité Ejecutivo a cumplir los fines y objetivos de la asociación, le animamos a presentar su candidatura.

Las personas interesadas deberán enviar un correo electrónico a secretary@paws-patas.org con al menos 24 horas de antelación a la celebración de la reunión. El correo deberá incluir:

• Una breve descripción de las funciones y responsabilidades que estaría dispuesto/a a asumir.
• Su currículum vitae (CV) actualizado.

Todo ello de conformidad con el Artículo 17 de los Estatutos de PAWS-PATAS.

Le recordamos que, para poder ser elegido miembro del Comité Ejecutivo, es imprescindible ser socio al corriente de pago de PAWS-PATAS.
